Worshiping Musician School is dedicated to equipping, developing, and releasing musicians, singers, artist for impactful worship ministry.

Our Mission

The Worshiping Musician School recognizes current issues facing the Church:

Increased difficulties occur when worship to God becomes routine, or a “paid gig” among the musicians and artists in the church.

In the worship arena there is a propensity to “perform” rather than engage in true worship because artists aren’t aware of the theological significance of their actions.

Worship studies are not prioritized among other needs in the church such as marriage ministry or men and women’s ministries. Church leadership may not see the need for specialized study for their musicians and artists and therefore may not pay for seminars or lessons in worship theology.

Our Founder

Manuel D. Rodriguez co-founder of the Worshiping Musician School received a vision from God about a school that emphasized the theology of worship where those tasked with facilitating an atmosphere of worship understand the biblical instruction for this task.

Many musicians and artists are not taught the significance of worship theology and how it affects themselves and others. The goal of the school is to emphasize the idea of worship first and musicianship second. With hands-on lessons, there will be specific instruction on the theology behind the music and artistry. For example, Psalm 150:4 reads, “worship with the stringed instruments,” this exhortation includes the vocal cords, which are stringed-like muscles that vibrate and make sound when breath is exhaled. So this biblical reference has more depth beyond the regular stringed instruments we typically imagine. This school is a simple solution to having fully equipped musicians and artists in the church who can participate and lead in authentic worship to God.
